Instructions for use

1. Brush your teeth. Make sure your teeth are dry.
2. Apply the strip with the gel side onto your upper teeth. Press the strip down firmly. Repeat this step for the lower teeth.
3. Leave the strip on your teeth for 30 minutes. Do not eat or drink during these 30 minutes.
4. Remove the strip. Rinse your mouth with water afterwards.
5. Repeat these steps once a day. Do this for 7 to 14 days.

Choosing your result

• 7 days: Use 1 pair of strips per day. This already provides a noticeably whiter result.
• 14 days: This provides the maximum whitening effect.

Whiten first, then have a Tooth Gem applied

If you apply a Tooth Gem first and whiten afterwards, the area around the Tooth Gem will remain darker. The rest of your teeth will become lighter. This results in an uneven finish. SelfGem therefore recommends whitening for 7 to 14 days before having a Tooth Gem applied. This ensures your enamel is stable for proper adhesion. Your Tooth Gem will then sparkle on teeth that are already at their best.
