Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can easily track your order's progress and always stay informed about the status and location of your package.

Undelivered Packages
When a shipment cannot be successfully delivered, the following conditions apply:

Refused or uncollected shipments: If your package is refused, not collected from the pickup location, or cannot be delivered due to absence, it will be returned to us.

Refunds only after physical return receipt: We can only process a refund once the package has been physically received and inspected by us.

No return receipt = no refund: If the package does not return to us (for example, because it was lost, returned by the carrier without reaching us, or for other reasons), we are unfortunately not obligated to provide a refund.

International Shipping
We ship to all of Europe (including the UK), the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Japan, and South Korea. Is your country not listed? Contact us for a possible solution.
Important information about import costs:
- We are based in the Netherlands and only cover shipping costs to your country.
