Free shipping from €40 to all countries below. We ship from the Netherlands within 1–2 working days of your order. After that, delivery usually takes this many working days:

You see the exact amount and the expected delivery date for your address at checkout. If you pay in another currency, you see the converted amount there. Around Black Friday and the holidays, delivery can take 1–2 days longer.
How we ship
We ship with PostNL. In your country, a regular local partner delivers the parcel to your door, for example DHL in Germany. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you receive a tracking code by email, so you always know where it is.
Check your address
- Check your address carefully before you order.
- Address wrong after ordering? Contact us straight away. If your order has not shipped yet, we will change or cancel it.
- If we ship to an incorrect address that you entered, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
Undelivered parcels
- If your parcel is refused, not collected from the pick-up point or cannot be delivered because nobody is home, it comes back to us.
- We only refund once the parcel has physically arrived back with us and has been checked.
- If the parcel does not come back to us (for example because it got lost), we are unfortunately not obliged to refund.

International shipping
We deliver to all countries in the table above. Your country is not listed? Get in touch and we will see what we can do.
Import costs: outside the EU, your local authorities may charge customs duties and VAT. These costs are always your responsibility and we do not refund them. So please check your country’s import rules before you order.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value is €9.
Delays
We do our best to deliver on time, but sometimes things go differently, for example due to busy carriers, extreme weather, holidays or a customs check. With your tracking code you always stay up to date.
